Last updated: 28 March 2026
Rosemary is built by Rosemary & Thyme Health. Your privacy matters to us — this policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
When you register your interest via the form on our website, we collect:
- Your email address — to let you know when Rosemary is ready
- Timestamp — when you signed up
- IP address — for rate limiting and spam prevention (not stored long-term)
What we don't collect
- No marketing pixels or third-party ad trackers
- No advertising identifiers
- No data sold to third parties
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — security verification to prevent spam (set by Cloudflare)
- Cookie consent — remembers that you clicked "Got it" (localStorage, not a cookie)
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous usage analytics to help us improve the site. Clarity does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other sites. Clarity privacy
We do not use any marketing or advertising cookies.
How we store your data
Your email is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers KV). We use double opt-in — you must confirm your email before it is saved. Unconfirmed entries are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Email communication
We send exactly two emails:
- A confirmation email when you register (to verify your address)
- A welcome email once confirmed
We will only contact you again when Rosemary is ready to launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
